Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Development

A project of over 150 acres located within the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area. It was the first project to receive Growth Allocation under the current Baltimore County review process. The project design reflected the input of the surrounding community and was subject to rigorous environmental requirements. A community of villas and single-family detached homes were clustered to minimize environmental impacts while maximizing water views. A community center, pool and walking pathways were designed throughout the development.
