Historic Ellicott City

On July 31, 2016, A torrent of water caused by an intense storm ripped through Ellicott City's historic downtown. A river of water as high as restaurant awnings tossed cars, destroyed storefronts, gutted small shops and left massive sinkholes for blocks. DS Thaler & Associates is pleased to be part of a team of design professionals who are working hard to bring the community back to life.
