Solar Array Field
An agriculture field repurposed with temporary utilities to commercially harvest solar power. DST&A worked collaboratively with an area power company and utility company to process and permit the construction and use of the panels- a first in Baltimore County history. Our expert landscape architects also designed tree screening to encompass the property from neighborhood sight lines.
Medical Center
A planned commercial complex with medical office space, general office space and retail space. DST & A provided full services from initial feasibility through land planning, engineering, permitting, and close out. The development included a unique stormwater management facility that enabled maximum use of the available land area.
Retail
A commercial site with numerous challenging constraints ranging from irregular shape, steep slopes, and environmental restrictions. DST & A provided land planning, engineering, and permitting services.
